We're now pleased to offer Strength & Conditioning courses aimed at not just improving your game, but your overall fitness and mobility as well.
Hernan Garcia has spent the last few years completing a BSc majoring in Sports Science and he has now very kindly brought his Strength & Conditioning skills to the club, combined with his years of tennis coaching experience.
Hernan is offering a 5 week course for those looking to tone up for summer and improve their mobility for the tennis season.
This 5 week strength and conditioning programme includes:
- Weekly exercise programme achievable from home
- Weekly programme updates via email and phone based on your progress
- 3 x private 45 min training sessions (week 1, week 5 & any other week of your choice)
- Exercises including: Body weight, resistance band, stretching etc.
- Focusing on mobility, strength & injury prevention
- Working towards a realistic and maintainable routine to improve your physical abilities
